SHIPPING POLICY

Postage

Your package will be shipped using Australia Post, and you can choose between Regular or Express delivery. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring options.

The shipping times are estimated to be 7 days for Regular and 3 days for Express, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed due to increased demand .While we are not responsible for any shipping delays, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. If you experience any issues, please contact Australia Post directly before reaching out to us, as we are not able to control the package once it is in their hands.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our refunds and exchanges policy only covers faulty or incorrect products. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or hygiene reasons. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

 

Please note that, as per the Consumer Rights and Guarantees established by the ACCC, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement in case of major issues such as product defects, significant differences from advertised samples, and products that are substantially unfit for their intended purpose. Also, products that fail to meet safety standards qualify for a refund or replacement.

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that our returns policy will still apply.

If the product you have ordered is in stock, it will be sent out within 1-2 business days. If it is out of stock, please get in touch with us to find out when it will be available for dispatch. Please bear in mind that some of our accessories are handmade and may take longer to produce.
